We are in Costa Adeje, a vibrant corner in the south of Tenerife known for its warm climate and lively tourist scene. At Sal y Brasa we take pride in offering a dining experience that blends Mediterranean character with quality local produce.
Our menu is a journey of flavours that surprises with every bite. From our house ensaladilla to the fideuá with wreckfish and fried egg, every dish is carefully prepared. The slow-cooked Iberian pluma and the ropa vieja are among our most acclaimed specialities, and our homemade desserts are the perfect finishing touch. Pair your choice with a glass from our wine list, chosen to complement each dish.
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 22:00, for a good lunch or a relaxed dinner in a welcoming setting. We look forward to showing you why our guests keep coming back.
